Hi
I was hoping you can help me with this one:
Original tenancy began 18 April 2004 for 12 months. re-signed 15 April 2005 to 14 April 2006. The rent is 95 per week. She pays me 334 per month via DD on 20th each month but pays me 6.50 per week top up (I know she is short changing me).
I'd rather get the property back via section 21.
Can you please help me with the dates to put on the notice.
I am very greatful for any help,
