In my previous note, I said pre-payment meter - it should be credit meter has been disconnected because tenants have not paid the gas bill.

Can tenants sue landlord for no gas service, even if the landlord is trying to get the gas company to fit a new pre-payment meter?

The tenants are now not paying the rent.

Please advise.
