My tenant is over 2m in arrears with rent. I can't make contact with her. I issued a Section 21 at the beginning of her tenancy - 1st April 2006. She is now on a periodic agreement.There are no disrepair issues.
As the tenant was on Housing Benefit (now suspended)I presume I am not going to be able to recover the arrears.

Which would be the quickest/least expensive way to evict the the tenant?
