hello

ive served a section 21 which is due to expire in just over one months time - there is no ast contract so i understand there will have to be a court hearing (not accelerated)

to keep ahead of the game what form(s) do i have to fill when or before the section 21 expires and will the judge uphold the section 21 and automatically grant possession?

how can i improve my case in court? do i have to give explanations etc....can the tenant put up a defence and if so on what grounds?

thanks very much
