Hi i am after some advice on the following:-

I have a couple who moved in to one of my properties on a 6 month AST dated 27th November 2006. I charge them £600 per month rent.

On 30th May i sent them a Section 8 on the grounds that their arrears was £1484.52 (in excess of 2 months rent)

They then came in and paid £1200 the day before court proceeding was due.

There rent is now in arrears to £1570 again.

I now want to evict them and sell the property.

What is the best way of going about this?
