Having got a call from a tenants daughter worried about her mothers well being last night we went and let her in the property upon doing so we discovered that it seemed the house was being used as a place for sex the police were called and the woman taken away along with a large sum of cash and a local drug dealer who was found in the property, the neighbours admitted seeing men and young girls turning up at all hours of the day and night! obviously we want her out is there a way of evicting her straight away or do we have to go through the normal possesion route? she already had a notice issued but it is not due to expire for another month and a half!
