My tenant moved in two months ago and since then was late paying first months rent, which was eventually paid by gaurantor. Then two complaints have been received from neighbours regarding noise. I wrote to the tenant asking her to be considerate of others living in the building. I have now found out that she has moved others who are not on the tenancy in to the flat. What should I do at this stage to protect my position?
