My tenants have had notice to quit to leave on 11th October. I am trying to market the property. I have invited estate agents but am finding it difficult to gain entry. Must stress do not want any trouble but need to get on with marketing, selling or letting again.


Does the 24 hour rule still apply?

Can I inform tenants that estate agents will be showing people around in say two days and if tenant cannot be in they will use a key to enter?

Can I use key to enter if notice is given.

If tenants are still there after end of notice to quit (as seems likely) can I give some notice and use key to enter?
