we have a tenant in our property who is due to pay £560 per month on the first. he has been several weeks late paying June, July and augusts payment and september's is not yet received (as of 19th)dispite reminders. I have served a section 8 notice under ground 11 (persistently late payments). I know it is a discretionary ground for repossession. If we take the matter to court are we likely to actualy gain possession or is the court likely to agree to allow him to stay. do you have any comment on how the courts are currently viewing these matters, regards karen withers
