The tenant moved out before the warrant was delivered for non-payment of rent. (Basically tenant absconded and I have no other way of
contacting them. The bailiff said I should send them new address to deliver warrant. Well, I don't have this and I don't want to start looking for them.). I now have my property back but I'm out of pocket. How do CCJ's work in this case? As they were not working I do not want to pursue this matter any further. However, I want to make sure that this court judgment is recorded and affect their credit rating and ability to let somewhere else. How do I ensure this?
