2 out of the 4 tenants have decided to stay and want to move one of their friends in...the problem is the ones that are staying are the problem ones when it comes to money(according to the other two tenants). Can i force them to leave since the tenancy agreement has now been breached or do i have to draw up another agreement with the new tenants, subject to checks?
