AST Agreement - but now multi occupation without consent

I had let my property to an individual but i have now discovered that there a multiple occupants

My problem has become that in one of the room a husband wife and child has moved in without my consent. They have now contacted the council and also refuse to pay rent or move out.

What and how can i have these people removed from my property as its not my intention for the property to become HMO use.
