Thanks once again for the advice Dave.
I see that my initial question 'Pending Eviction' which was posted to the general forum has now had 114 views. So it must be a topic of much interest to many landlords at the moment.

Given how easy it is to fall foul of the Housing act and how a situation can be manipulated by a Tenant who has a bit of knowledge I can understand peoples concern about how best to deal with the situation.
