Dear Sir/Madam

I had a potential problem with a tenancy in December 2005 and issued a Section 21 Notice to a tenant to vacate in February 2006. The problem was resolved and I did not act upon the Notice. Another problem has arisen and i would like to ask the tenant to vacate. Can I rely upon the original Section 21 Notice and go for court proceedings immediately or do I need to issue a new one?

Many thanks
