I am in the process of evicting my tenant and have 2 queries :
1, The power company have cut off the electricity supply due to the tenant not paying the bills - will I be left with a reconection charge and will I have to pay for his bill?
2, The tenant has a car in the assigned car parking space - this has no valid tax disk - when I take possesion of the property am I allowed to have his car removed from the property?

Any help much appreciated
