Hi there

The council said that I am in breech of planning control because i let out my annex to some friends. I have been to court to file for repossession and and was granted it without hearing. Now the repossession will expire early next week and they is still in the property because they have not been able to secure another property. The next step now is for me to file another order requesting for the court to send out the bailiff. The dillemma is that this guys are my friends and I know the fact that they are on benefit has not helped with flat hunting. Is there any other way to go other than the bailiff's route?

Please advise
