Hi, Having served a Section 8 I fear I may have made a mistake. There are four people living in the property. A couple with two children aged 15 &16 at the time of the AST starting in April 2007. I have named the couple on the S8 but have not included the children. Am I OK to proceed to a court hearing or should I re-issue the section 8 naming all four occupants regardless of age.
