Hi My tenant's ast has expired but due to being on holiday have not had the chance to discuss re-newing it with her, due to a change of circumstances i will be needeing the property i served a section 21 at the start of the tenancy and just wondered how much notice i have to serve her before she leaves, tenant is also in arrears with rent any suggestions would be much appreciated thank you.
