Hi

we manage a property which is in the middle of sale.

the current owner has served the tenants section 21 noitce which has now expired.

i know that the new owner will need to serve the tenants with section 47&48 notice as per HA 1987 when he completes the purchase.

the question is can the new owner evict the tenants when the section 21 notice was served by the previous owner.
