Hi.
I have prepared my usual tenancy agreement on behalf of one of my landlords on a Find A Tenant Only basis which I regularly do. The landlord is objecting to having her home address shown on the tenancy agreement(obviously when fully managed it would be the agency office address) I have explained that this is because the tenant has to know the address that they can serve notice to but she is adamant that no other agent does this. Am I correct??

Regards
Nicola
