Hi, Due to the deposit protection regulations, it is a great deal of work to issue a new AST including releasing the deposit (After reconciling any inventory and potentially alienating the currently settled tenants!) creating a new inventory and protecting a 'New' deposit.

Can you please advise on what is the best way to extend the fixed period of teh tenancy without all of the above hassle?
