I have a tenant whose contract expires on 16 Oct. In the past I have re-done the contract every year and brought about any changes needed within the contract. This year, there are no changes needed and on reading the contract (it is the RLA contract form) it appears to 'roll on' into a one monthly contract after the intial specified term. It is basically that simple, or are there particular drawbacks? You site does not appear to have a help document specifically dealing with contract renewals. Rgds Clive
