Hi, I think fungicidal solution will get ride of mould, so I was told by the Surveyor. The mould is not that thick black so I think water should wipe off. If I buy fungicidal solution then I can take that out of tenant deposit money and I will clear it off, if she will let me in the property.

Does anyone knows other products that can get ride of mould?
