Hi All

I'm just about to start my very first tenancy and renting my flat privately to a couple.

They are coming round tonight to sign all the paperwork and I just wanted to check I have everything:

* AST (6 months and they are going to long stay so not doing a section 21 yet)
* Standing Order form for the rent
* Inventory
* Tenant Welcome Letter
* Tenant Welcome Pack
* Notice of Landlord details
* Tenancy Admin Charge - Explanatory Note
* DPS Prescibed Information
* DPS - Tenants Guide
* DPS - T&C's
* EPC for the flat

Obviously some of this I won't give to them until the tenancy starts on 22nd Aug and they are going to sign the AST, Standing Order, Provide ID & Bank statements (although already referenced them fully through RLA Tenant Referencing Service) and look at the Inventory which we'll complete fully once I've moved out and before they move in as we have a week inbetween. We'll also do the utility readings on the day they move in.

Have I missed anything??
