I am buying a property but it has a tenant, the problem is that the tenant has no current tenancy agreement with the current landlord and is unwilling to sign any contract with myself, I do want to let her stay. She has been in the propert for 20 years and I am told she has always paid her rent on time. If I did need to get her out of the property in the future would this be a problem without any tenancy agreement?
