Dear Sirs n Girls
We have decided to "take control" of the letting of one of our propeties that is currently being fully managed by Reeds Rains.
The present tenants are fully aware of this, and are in total agreement.

We have given Reeds Rains 3 months notice, and we have had confirmation from them that this is to take place.

Would you please tell us as to what we should have in place before/when we "take-over".

Many thanks

Regards John & Polly
