I have a tenant who would like to extend his current 6 month Tenancy Agreement by 21 days due to the move in date of his new flat being delayed.

What's the best way to handle this? With a new agreement or can I draw up an addendum to the current agreement detailing the extended term and rent payable?

If so, is there a template available for an addendum to the current agreement?

Thanks
