I HAVE A TENANT THAT IS LEAVING THE PROPERTY EARLY (BEFORE THE EXPIRY OF HIS SHORTHOLD TENANCY). HE HAS REQUESTED THAT WE SIGN A DOCUMENT STATING OUR AGREEMENT ON HIS EARLY VACTATION OF THE PROPERTY. I UNDERSTAND THAT IT IS A DECLARATION OF SURRENDER. DO YOU HAVE THIS DOCUMENT?
