Hi
My tenants 6 month AST is expiring shortly and the tenant has been issued with S21 notice 2 months in advance of exiry of AST. The tenant has requested to stay on a additional month and maybe a little longer depending on his circumstances, advise would be appreciated on how I need to proceed.

Do i need to draw up another tenancy or can the exixting tenancy suffice?
