I have tenants on notice to leave. There will be about 49 weeks of water and sewage rates due but not billed. I plan to charge them for this and accept that I will pay the utility company when the bill arrives rather than leave it to chase them later on. I will base the bill on previous years use but at published 2008/09 water charges and rates.
Has anyone any experience of this please.
