Tenant called in and signed six month contract as sold house she paid months rent and months damage deposit which has been put into scheme, she never took keys with her as advised would collect at further date as still had packing to do in her own property, she has since rang back to advise sale of her house has fallen through and does not want to go ahead with tenancy so will not be collected keys can we hold tenant liable for six months if she never collected keys.
