I protected the deposit as per the legislation. I provided all information as per the legislation.

The tenant signed the Deposit Certificate as proof of receipt - which I have.

However, the tenant did not sign specifically to say they had received the Prescribed Information.

Is failing to prove that Prescribed Information was given along with the Deposit Certificate a valid defence against a Section 21?
