a couple moved into my flat a few weeks ago on a six month shorthold tenancy, the lady has recently contacted me to advise she has split up with partner and can not afford rent and partner not willing to help with payments. i attended the property today on a scheduled property inspection as was concerned with what was going on, i knocked several times and no reply but door unlocked so walked in and found the property full of dogs and a cat (tenancy states no pets) the lady was in the property and became very abusive so i contacted police but they advised would not get involved, i now want this tenant out my property as soon as possible is there anything i can do ?
