I have a Landlord who has built 2 blocks of apartments with 4 apartments in each block.
He wants to charge the tenants a rent of £450 plus a monthly charge of £30 for the upkeep and electricity of the common areas. I have told him he cannot do this as it is the his responsibility as leaseholder and Landlord.
Am I correct?
