Rent back is getting regulated from July 09, if today was August 09 I would say that this sounds like a way round the new legislation but as that doesn't exist at the moment then I'm not really sure what it is! However, make sure you have all things covered, and most important of all is that you take vacant possession of the property otherwise you could have a serious problem with sitting tenant rights!
