HI THERE, WE ARE DUE TO SIGN A NEW AGREEEMENT WITH A TENANT, HE WOULD LIKE TO RENT OUR PROPERTY FOR A PERIOD OF 1 YEAR BUT HE WOULD LIKE AN 8 MONTH BREAK CLAUSE, COULD YOU KINDLY ADVISE HOW TO INCLUDE ANY BREAK CLAUSE WITHIN THE DEPOSIT GUARD AST AGREEMENT.

ALSO HOW CAN I OBTAIN SOME HELP ABOUT FILLING THE AST AGREEMENT, I NOTICED THAT WITHIN EACH AREA TO FILL ON THE AST, THERE IS AN ALAPHABETIC LETTER, WOULD YOU KINDLY ADVISE WHAT DOES THIS REFER TO, OR IF YOU GUIDE ME TO A SECTION WITHIN YOUR WEBISTE THAT HELPS WITH FILLING THE AST AGREEMENT.
