We a non profit making block managing company and we have file county court papers against an owner who refuses to pay his management dues. The owner alleges breaches in block security such that his flat has been vandalised and wants restitution.
We have had one hearing which has been deferred to another hearing for further particular particulars. The judge appears to be siding with the owner.
My question is: can either party seek an appeal against a hearing decision?
