I am about to sign a contract with tenants in a property which has been previously managed by a letting agent. Previously the agency provided the tenants with both an assured shorthold tenancy agreement and a Housing Act 1988 Section 20 Notice of an assured Shorthold Tenancy. However, in the documents provdided on your website you only have the former - does that mean that the latter is no longer necessary?

Many thanks
