The tenant concerned has signed a RLA ASTA.
She has previously changed the blinds which were there when she moved in for her own.
She has now bought a new gas fire and fireplace surround which she plans to install soon. The present gas fire is old but works.
What is the implication for me when her tenancy ends / when she moves out?
