Dear Sirs,

I have moved from employing an agent to managing my rented property myself.I have a tenancy agreement due for re-newal.

THe previous managing agents practice was to issue a supplementary agreement extending the principal agreement for 12 months. Is this best practice or should I produce and issue a new AST at each extension?

If the former, do you have a model? I cant find it if you have.

Thanks
