Afternoon everyone. Your thoughts would be most appreciated. A tenant has been in the property for eight months, in this time three payments have been late, five, four and one day late. I have tryed to get her into the pattern of paying on the due date, but the penny just doesnet seem to drop with her. I have advised the landlord to let me persist with my efforts yet she has said she wants the property off her if she doesnt pay on the due date. Am I being nieve or is the landlord being over the top. Your thoughts please.
