Tenant moving into property this weekend.Doing AST room only for 6 months.entry date Saturday 26th Jan finishing 25th July.He is paying one month in advance day before entry and the deposit before entry/inventory meeting on 26th Jan.
Question is when am I able to serve section 21 notice as deposit needs to be paid into DPS which seems to take a while and then we have to give prescribed info and terms and conditions to tenant?
Also who is considered to be independent witness?
Welcome any help on this as I have never dealt with sec 21 before?
