If you are renting out a Leasehold property (but do not pay ground rent as there is no trace of the Freeholder), do you need some sort of legal permission or extra wording in the ASTA? One of our properties is Leasehold (with no trace of the Freeholder) and the other we have Good Leasehold.

Thanks.
