Tennant moving out before end of tenancy

My tenant is moving out 7 weeks before the end of the tenancy agreement is up he gave me 2 days notice the rent is paid up to the end of the month leaving a month due to the end of the AST.
Can I claim the last month of the AST from his security deposit?

Any advice appreciated
