Do I need a new AST Agreement?
Tenancy Types and Management

I let me property nearly two years ago using the RLA AST document version 2007/0607.
The tenancy is still under the same agreement.
I am wondering now if I should sign a new contract with the tenants. Maybe the legislation has changed and the version 607 is obsolete or unlawful.

Any comments, please?
