A young couple about to have a baby have approached me interested in one of my properties they are currently living in a dandara one bed flat in castlefield and now are expecting a baby.

They have been told if they give their notice in at Dandara they will have to pay a £500 fee.

my question is are they able to give one months notice before the end of the contract and are Dandara lying to them about the £500 fee
