We have just got rid of some tenants who could no longer pay us and have found some new tenants.

We have done all the necessary checks and are ready to complete a tenancy agreement.

Hubby & I live in Malaysia and so are not able to physically sign the tenancy agreement even though we are listed as the landlords. My Sister manages the rental for us.

If she signs as the landlord, will the agreement still be valid? I know estate agents are able to sign but she is not an estate agent.

Thanks.
