Ok thanks. Regarding the damp/mould. Does the tenant have any responsibility to prevent it from getting worse? The AST says the tenants must 'keep the inside of the property in at least as good a condition as when the tenancy started (apart from fair wear and tear).

There is a very small amount of mould on the walls around the front door currently.
