I want to buy a tenancy off a landlord and then re-let it under my management. I have done this with several landlords before (always with a written permission from the landlord and several clauses ie if there is flood or sewage problem both I and the tenant are not liable.
It has worked previous for all parties but i want advice on best way to do it as it proving to be quite a popular choice for landlords.
