I have a tenant who wishes to take out a 3 month tenancy agreement with a view of renewing for another 3 months when due.
This situation arises as she has some small CCJs against her and also is unable to find the money for 6 months up front at this time.
Can you please advise me as to:
1. What tenancy agreement I should get her to sign
2. Does RLA have access to a 3 month tenanacy agreement
3. If so, Where can I download it from please?

4. What are the legal disadvantages of a 3 monthly agreement - if any?

5. What can I do to protect myself should the tenant not move out at the end of the 3 months?
6. Can I issue a Section 21 at the same time as the tenancy agreement?

On another matter, do RLA run a specific workshop on How to manage your accounts for tax purposes as a Landlord?

Thank you for your help

Carol
